Our Grade 7 students recently blasted off into research mode, tackling the big question: Should we really pack up and move to Mars? The answer? Well, it depends who you ask—but one thing’s for sure: teamwork made the dream work!

Armed with research from NASA, Pearson Realize, and some serious brainpower, students put together impressive presentations complete with videos, different interviews, and even a few homemade suits and models. Their research skills were out of this world, and their arguments? Rock-solid—just like Martian soil (we hope).

From food grown in space salad bars to surviving toxic dust storms, they explored every angle. The creativity and preparation were stellar, and so were their delivery skills. Honestly, if they end up on Mars one day, we wouldn’t be surprised.

Let’s just say: Houston, we have some future astronauts.
